1、您傳真或E-MAILL，上面寫(xiě)明：用車(chē)日期、所需車(chē)型、上車(chē)的具體時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)和聯(lián)系人手機(jī)及大致行程，留下您公司電話和傳真。

1, On you fax or E-MAILL, the following information should be included: car date, the necessary models, the specific timing, location and contact to contact and generally trip plan,  your company’s telephone and fax.

2、在收到您的傳真或E-MAILL后，我方會(huì)回傳一份租車(chē)確認(rèn)書(shū)（合同），上面明確您的用車(chē)情況及價(jià)格含什么費(fèi)用（司機(jī)工資、燃油費(fèi)、車(chē)輛保險(xiǎn)），不含什么費(fèi)用（路橋費(fèi)、停車(chē)費(fèi)及司機(jī)食宿）。

2. upon receipt of your fax or E-MAILL after, we will return a rental confirmation (contract), including  the car type and the price with what costs (driver wages, fuel costs, vehicle insurance ), excluding any costs (passing bridge fees, parking charges and the driver board and lodging).

3、雙方蓋章簽字確認(rèn)。
